I've never been able to play a game online because i'm banned. Not sure why... please help! n.n

Why did you make two accounts under the same ip? Anyway, I or another master server admin will look into it and get back with you soon.

You were caught in a range ban. I've added your IP to the whitelist. You should be able to start seeing some servers about 15 minutes from the time of this post.
