Banned???

Please someone, can help me?, when i try to enter to zandronum, appears the main screen and then appears a red sentence that say:
master server for zandronum: you have been banned from the master server.
What does means that??, and what do i have to do
, i've never used hack o something like that, please, i don't know what to do. =(
