For who want it I still have a backup of the latest version (for skulltag, with some modifications it´ll be 100% compatible with zandronum/gzdoom)

I still got a SVN up on the Google Code site, though it has been untouched since Skulltag. I have modified the build scripts to build for Zandronum (Just same GZDoom one with code that is unsupported on GZDoom).
The Skulltag one still exists and does still work with skulltag_actors.pk3 and skulltag_data.pk3
You can "checkout" them from http://ds-models.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ using something like TortiseSVN, then run the build scripts.
