0000954: Changing music via path crashes servers

Description

This is from a test I did a while back on the current 98d edition of skulltag. I was testing music changes based on a URL from a website.

Result: I tested it with 2 test Subjects.
Test Subject1 : (Location America) Music changed within 1 to 2 secs
Test Subject2: (Location Saudi Arabia) Screen froze for 3 seconds, then the music changed. About 1 second later the server crashed.

I tested it twice, and maybe Skulltag is just unstable or something, but the music changing online from another website crashed the server with a "Fatal Error" message.

Steps To Reproduce

I have a test wad I made that I used in the above test. If you want to reproduce it you will have to host it and get a couple of players in with you, then type PUKE 1 to change the music.
