Fixed: A_InquisitorAttack used FRACBITS to offset the grenades' launch position instead of FRACUNIT

This change, even though it's tiny, fixes the Inquisitor's grenade attack which fired the grenades at a very low position.

 this was not labeled as 'backport later', but I suppose it can be backported right now, it's a so tiny change..

 MP2E, I was told that backports of backports is a bad idea, so your backports are pointless.
