0002988: Saturnine Chapel WAD - all textures scroll online!

Description

Something is wrong with scrolling textures in Saturnine Chapel WAD when run on the client/server.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Download WAD.
2. Run locally in single player to see how it's supposed to look like.
3. Now run on the server in cooperative or survival and join it.

(0018554) Leonard (developer) 2017-10-14 11:48	Just tested this, it's actually a duplicate of 2032. In this wad, linedef 20846 is what's causing the mess.
