Summary0002764: Can't spawn a skybox from a clientsided script anymore in multiplayer
DescriptionAs stated above, the transition from 2.0 to 3.0 has broken one of my maps where I spawn a skybox via clientsided script.
Steps To Reproducebe on opengl
load cdm01 + cata-dm-resources
goto cdm01
observe sky on both zandro 2.0 and 3.0 on local server

 I've attached a minimal example wad. Just run clientskybug-zandro.pk3 on OGL online in both 2.1.2 and 3.0 to see the difference.

 i tested the example wads from this ticket, 2515, and 2350 and they all worked correctly

 Tested this online with r160702-1232.

The skybox spawned properly as it does in 2.0.
