Summary

0002749: Holding down the "open console" button online kicks the client for "Client command flood."

Description

The title says it all.

Steps To Reproduce

1) join an online game
2) hold down the "open console" button
3) you are kicked from the server and banned for 10 minutes.

Additional Information

Can be used to troll unsuspecting players.

Maybe implement some kind of rate limiting for console open/close packets?
