Summary0002416: UDMF Line Scale Property broken
DescriptionAlready confirmed that this is a GZDoom 1.8.6 bug, however i'm making sure to adress this issue to not happen on Zandronum 3.0 too.

On the example map the texture should stretch from the ceiling to the floor making a forcefield but the texture seems to scale only inside it's own original dimensions not on the entire line.

I backported a fix that should take care of the issue. Please test in the upcoming beta build.
