0001995: Requesting new event types for when a player logs in (and logs out, if possible)

Description

As discussed on IRC, it would be useful to have events GameEvent_PlayerLogsIn and GameEvent_PlayerLogsOut (if logging out is possible), this would help mods to utilize the account system. In particular, it might be useful for the logging out event to send the account name of the player that somehow logged out, in case he logged out mid game to avoid losing experience/elo points for instance, so that the mod can 'punish' him as necessary.

(0010868) Hypnotoad (reporter) 2014-11-11 18:12	I've always assumed that when a player lags out of the server a disconnect script is activated, but if this is false then an event for that would also be useful.
