Summary 0002544: Sector brightness of 256 breaks 3D Floor and Transfer lighting.

Steps To Reproduce Download and run the attached WAD. The sectors dotted around the map should be green and fullbright. The 3D floor should just be fullbright both above and underneath.

However, thanks to this bug, it seems that they are nearly pitch-black.
