It's something I made for a rm7fc mod that I lost interest in doing. But the icons looked very neat so I kept them. As for the characters in it, From the top right corner:
Planetman (Kinnikuman)
Springman (Same series as above)
Warsman (Same series as above)
And a Glaceon (Pokemon).
