when starting an online match by doomseeker .. it opens doom2 ward on freedom DOS loader... and the style and all

how can i change that to open on doom2 DOS loader ?

huh wait what? so are you asking to use doom2.wad instead of freedoom.wad?

Doomseeker has a built-in mechanism to allow you to play modded Doom games without owning Doom. If server hosts doom.wad, doom2.wad, tnt.wad or plutonia.wad and Doomseeker can't find such WAD on your hard drive it will try to find Freedoom equivalent. That way you can play on modded servers without owning the game, but still this won't allow you to play the original, unmodded game.

To fix your issue, go to Options -> Configure (or just press F5) -> File Paths. There add the directory where you store your commercial IWADs.
