Zandronum's Compatibility

#1

Post by Devon » Tue Jun 05, 2012 4:41 pm

Ok, so I know that the gameplay of this new port isn't too different to SkullTag. But will the mods that people know and love (or not) be compatible with Zandronum? I'm talking about WADs such as Jumpmaze or AOW. I only ask as I don't know what major changes have been put in place for Zandronum that could make player-made WADs unplayable.

If it was made for Skulltag then your best bet is to load skulltag_data.pk3 as a pwad.

This has been answered before in a couple of other threads, but for clarity I'll say it again.
[...]all ST exclusive content is not bundled with Zandronum at the moment, but there is a backwards compatibility package available to play wads reliant on ST content for the time being.
Minigunner's ST resource pack to play ST content with. I presume it's to be put in the Skins folder.

EDIT: Or what TTA said.
