What ILCA stands in the patch file?

#1

Post by cs89 » Fri Mar 31, 2017 12:39 pm

I have seen this patch file in the TPSG wad hosting site like this:
complex-russianoverkill-ilca-patch-v6.pk3
When I seen this, I thought in myself: What the fudge that ILCA tag means? I know that LCA stands "Legendary Conplex Addon", but that ilca is new for me.
Can anyone explain me what that patch does on Zandronum?
There should be a page where any player could read how can be use the patches for Complex Doom.

That would be Insane LCA, the extension to LCA which adds the Enraged Legendary monster and weapon variants.

The file you're asking about must be some kind of compatibility patch for resolving conflicts between Russian Overkill and ILCA. Those mods almost certainly wouldn't work together without some extra scripting to bridge their feature sets, so I guess somebody went and did that.
